East Texas Birds

I'm a bird lover, and wanted to make this window for my mom's home. My brother created a 2' x 6' plate glass window in which to install this piece in 3 panels - each one 2' x 2'. I shared the idea with my glass instructor, who made the design with me on Adobe Illustrator, using photos of birds common to East Texas, where my mom lives. This is the installed piece, completed in May, 2012.
