French Garden is a two-piece custom wall panel set designed to resemble the gardens at Giverny based on a photograph supplied by our customer. The piece uses glass powder, glass frit, vitrigraph pulled glass, sheet glass, and painted glass enamel accents to create depth and texture. We used a special technique to "powder paint" the water to achieve a fluid effect. Each panel was fired five times before completion. The piece will be installed using offset mirror mounts.
